Beauty Ice Cubes

Ice cube face treatment is  a great way to revitalise and restore dewiness to the skin. They improve blood circulation and leave your skin looking fresh and glowing. The frosty cubes will also help you to smooth your complexion by combatting fat cells, easing wrinkles and improving blood circulation which  will help heal blemishes. They are a fast and fun way to restore your skin and make it glow. They will do a job that many premium branded products, containing harsh ingredients claim to do.

The easiest way to use ice cubes is to place your face in ice water for a few seconds, every morning. It will not only waked you up, but also the cold will improve the circulation and tone the skin. It is also a great way to calm the skin if it is irritated or has breakouts.

Green Tea Ice Cubes

Caffeine and frosty ice will reduce swelling and excess fluid around the eyes. Brew a strong green tea, wait until it cools down and pour it into an ice cube tray. When ready, wrap an ice cube into a cloth and use it under the eyes to reduce the swelling and brighten the under eye area. You can then use the rest of the cubes on your face and neck for a great antioxidant treatment.

This is a great treatment that will leave your skin radiant and clear. Honey helps to clear the pores, while olive oil will moisturise the skin. All you need to do is whisk olive oil and honey together and pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze. When the cubes are ready, massage an ice cube on dry and freshly cleansed face and neck in circular motion. Do this before going to bed for a night time treatment .

These cubes will sooth and calm the skin. They will offer a great relief during acne breakouts and also help to treat redness and inflammation. Mix some freshly squeezed lemon juice with honey, pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze. You can also add some fresh mint leaves into the mixture, for an extra  soothing benefit. Massage the ice cube into the face, whenever you need a skin calming treatment.

There are so many variations you can do, such as chamomile and peppermint tea ice cubes, orange and apple juice ice cubes, aloe vera cubes, ginger and lemon cubes, you can make coconut oil ice cubes and the possibilities are endless.

It is important to know that, when using ice cubes on a face , it is advisable to  wrap an ice cube in a muslin cloth, in order to protect your delicate blood vessels and capillaries under the skin.
